dghoangHi - if I do the guided transfer, do you transfer all the comments over to the new blog? can I install other commenting engines on there as well (like Disqus or Livefyre)?

Yes, you can install Disqus, Livefyre, or any other plugin you'd like as soon as the transfer is done.

how do we know when the transfer is complete? I've been waiting for an e-mail - and i can't sign into my dashboard from the wp-admin ... hmm??

I'm glad you found us over here. We've emailed you twice on yours -- it's done. I guess those emails are not coming through?
Do you see anything in your spam folder? Maybe it's getting caught accidentally?
