Hi! I need help with a few things on my new site at WP.org I have sent e-mails at the guided transfer-address (with my# on it) but I don't get any replies from there. Where can I actually reach someone? I looked under "users" in my dashboard, but I see no way for contact there.

If Staff have been helping you with a guided transfer you can continue to get support from them by email. Please check your email client spam filter and also white list emails coming from support@wordpress.com
