Guided transfers and RSS feeds

    I will be transferring my current WordPress.com blog--which has its own domain name--to a self-hosted site using WordPress' Guided Transfer service. But my current blog essentially functions as a news site and about more than a quarter of my visitors come from my daily articles that appear on other sites, as syndicated feeds (RSS). Since I am keeping the exact same domain name and still using WordPress software, will my RSS feed remain intact after the guided transfer to a self-hosted site?

    (I just don't want lose a big chunk of my readership.)

    Hi Chris. I think it will remain the same (there is probably a way to configure your feed so that it's still at __/feed), but if you wish to be 100% certain, I suggest you write to WordPress.com starting January 2, 2012.
