I'm new to blogging. I'm reading a blogging for dummies and they mention this software. They say it helps manage comments. I don't have any comments to manage yet, but maybe one day I will. I can always hope. Right? Just kidding I just started.
The blog I need help with is rickyspracticeblog1.wordpress.com.

I recommen focusing your attention of the tutorial for WordPress.com bloggers http://learn.wordpress.com and becoming familair with the support documentation for WordPress.com bloggers. http://en.support.wordpress.com
This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/
We can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any post or page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/
