having each blog seperate instead of a continuous scrolling page

My blogs appear in a continuous page including all of them. I would rather they appear indivudually because when a reader searches my blog only the recent one appears as a choice (or last two or so) and the rest cannot be accessed unless you go to the blog itself. This limits the reader as to the availability of blogs choices I've written. Can this be fixed?

The blog I need help with is thewriteexchange.wordpress.com.

  2. Staff have been introducing “infinite scroll" to themes — a site wide change that will be applied to all themes that are suitable for the implementation. http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/to-infinity?replies=137

Disabling the infinite scroll feature to get rid of the pop-up in the footer results in a "Load More Posts" tab, and you can't disable that "Load More Posts" tab from appearing and have "previous post" and "next post" links, without the Custom Design upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/

Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me. I had been all over the dashboard attempting to figure it out. I do appreciate it.
