   As per this discussion on the forum:

   I'm still having the problem but someone reported it was fixed on the discussion at 2203 (it's 2244 here in the UK and I'm still having the problem).

   To recap the problem anyway, I'm getting a box below my comment answering box to add my (own) e-mail, name and my blog address. I'm also having to approve my own comments and getting notified via e-mail about them.

   i've tried logging out and clearing cookies/files etc from the browser but it's still occurring.

   If you're seeing that box, it means that you're commenting as a Guest.

   Click the WordPress logo just above the comment field to comment under your user account.
