Header and Footer not being referenced properly

  1. The URL for this site is http://www.dedona.com

I built this site for my client in WordPress on a subdirectory of my own domain (http://www.triadsem.com/blog). Once it got to the point where it was nearing completion, I assigned his domain (www.dedona.com) to my hosting account, pointed it to the /blog directory, updated the URL in the database and edited the wp-config file as well to reference the proper URL.

Now, everything looks good on the homepage (header and footer are working properly) but when you click to any other page it doesn't reference the updated files, instead reverting to the default theme template.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks so much in advance.
