Header Font Color

  1. I just uploaded a new header to one of blogs: http://dcm2.wordpress.com/
The problem is that even though I changed the font color to a shade of aqua, when I load it the color remains white. I did make sure to "save changes".
    Thanks for the help.

  2. Hi
This is an active link http://dcm2.wordpress.com
If you have saved the change in text colour and it's still white then I suggest that you send in a feedback to staff. :)

  3. sometimes the custom header page is a bit glitchy for me as well.
i usually just close my browser, re-open it and go to the page again. it works for me, but if you have continued problems, you should send in feedback.

I had that problem but sort of got around the problem by typing it up using a program like photoshop to type the text in the colour I wanted. Then I uploaded and just clicked the hide text button on the header so that only my writing came up.

Of course if you don't wish to do it that way and after restarting the browser like sunburntka recommened it still doesn't work. Send feedback back to the staff.

  5. Thanks to all of you for your suggestions.
I did try closing my browser, reopening it and going back to the page with the same result of white lettering. It looks the same in Firefox 2, Netscape and IE 6.
I don't own a program like Photoshop so trying that is not a choice.
I will be sending in feedback in the next minute or two.

    Thank you again.

  6. I hope I'm not too late to say that if you have a pc with windows OS you probably have "paint" and you can use it to do the lettering on your header. I've done this many times.

  7. Thanks for the idea!! I will try it now.

  8. I tried it and now there is no blog to see. Oh well. Another note has been sent to Feedback.

  9. I'm using firefox 2 and I can see your blog header clearly with the orange lettering right across it. Force clear your browser.

  10. Timethief,

Thank you! I force cleared Firefox 2 and that took care of the problem. It also appears on the other browsers ( Netscape and IE )

  11. YAY! mission accomplished. :)
