header graphic

    Would like to edit the header with a graphic, but do not see the "header" option in teh appearance menu as i do in other themes using the Inuit Types by BizzArtic theme. is this possible?

    The blog I need help with is frenchcompanies.wordpress.com.

    These are the themes that provide for a custom header >
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/
