The option to use a header image has disappeared from any theme I am trying to use. I have deleted all my gallery images but the problem remains.
The blog I need help with is chewingpens.wordpress.com.

I have deleted all my gallery images but the problem remains.
No image that does not appear in your Medial Library can be used as a header image.
You must be logged in under the exact username account (original Admin) that registered the blog in question.
