Ok, so apparently the header on my site is stretched out all funny on some people's browsers. I am using Quintus, should I just shrink my banner and re-upload it? I have been trying to figure out why this is happening but I just don't know. How many pixels wide should my banner be so that this doesn't happen?!

The header dimensions are stated here > Appearance > Header
Yep, 1100 x 250 - that is exactly the size of my banner! So I don't know why some people are having it stretch out all wonky?!
