   Is About and Home default header menus; if so, where do I find them (especially if I want to delete Home?).

   Here is what's happening: In Appearance>Menus there's no Menu that's Home or About on the top right where you create Menus.

   Under Pages on the left, however, it shows About and Home: Home.
   Where are these two, especially Home: Home?

   How and where do I locate this/these?

   The blog I need help with is gigiwanders.wordpress.com.
