This happended with me too.
These days we have a lots of bugs here in wp. -
But with all these new features implemented, we must simply be sympathetic to this work hard team !

All of the images disappeared from my sidebar after I got a 500 internal error message. I'm holding my breath and waiting for them to reappear as something is obviously going on in the backend. [finger crossed]
