No, you cannnot. HOWEVER, you can add a category for each post, which will automatically be categorized.
For example, if you are writing a post about dogs, you can write RETRIEVER, then add a category in the post.
Its similar to a table of contents.
Then, if someone clicks on the category, only the categories that have "RETRIEVER" in it will appear.
