Headline and menu item the same name

  1. I am using Twenty Eleven on the site eaglesonblondeau.com

Currently, the menu items (Apartments, Commercial Space, etc) are repeated in the headline on the pages. See this example:
    http://eaglesonblondeau.com/apartments-2/

It seems redundant to have the menu be "Apartments" and then have the headline on the page be "Apartments," but I can't find how to eliminate the headline.

Is there a way to eliminate the headline but still leave the menu item name the way it is?

    Ideas anyone?

    Thanks.
