foothillsncI have created a page, and created a new category, but for some reason the page did not go under the new category.
Also, the page is there, but it isn't published. I cannot see how to publish the page.

pages are separate from posts, so it cannot be under any category. if you want it to be placed in a category you should put your text in a post and not a page.
