In about two hours we plan to live-tweet an event on Capitol Hill and would like to have the tweets automatically updated on our blog post about the event. I got the code from Twitter for the widget and have inserted into a few places I thought would work, but it doesn't.
How can I insert this onto the blog post (not page) so that it updates automatically?
Really appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Widgets are only operational in sidebar and footer areas for widgets. You cannot use them to auto-fill any post or page.

You're welcome. For you it may be unfortunate. but taking a look at the big picture reveals that the favoraite tools of those who steal blog content (sploggers) and those who insist upon duplicating their content all over the internet (suto-posteers) is what you point to ie. the ability to auto-fill posts and pages with regurgitated content that's already on the internet.
oops! edit: " (suto-posteers)" was meant to be "(auto-posters)"
