So..
I tried changing my blog address to mervine.wordpress.com. I want to change it back to mervineaquino.wordpress.com but when I try to it says "The site already exists".
Is there a way that I can use the former address while keeping the new one I made? If not, how do I return to the former address?

If you have access to the other blog then login to that one as auxclass did mention. http://mervineaquino.wordpress.com/wp-admin
mervineaquino.wordpress.com/ is your other empty blog. You can't change the address of your main blog from mervine.wordpress.com to mervineaquino.wordpress.com/ because it already exists as an empty blog with same title. But you can Export the content from main blog and import to your other blog.
