OK, I know I'm not using the right terms for this... but I think someone will know what I mean and have an idea for a fix:
I put in some placeholder text for a post, back when my site was private and I was just playing with formatting, etc. Before I took it public, I replaced that text with the REAL text of the article.
Problem: When I link to the article on social media, the preview that's shown is of the OLD text.
Also: Even on the site itself, if the article comes up in search results, the preview text that shows is that old text. (See: http://parnassusmusing.net/?s=sue+monk+kidd)
Wouldn't be the worst thing in the world... except that the article is about an author, and the placeholder text was from an article with ANOTHER (and verrrrry different) author.
Any clue how to update what text is saved in association with this article, so previews show up correctly everywhere??
The blog I need help with is parnassusmusing.net.
