Help: Need to Import Comments.

    Hello there recently somehow (we dont know how) one of our popular posts got deleted (I have sent a mail to the WordPress team). I have the rss XML file for the comments. How do I bring it back ??? I rem there was feature to import RSS comments where is it now ???
