help reducing the margins on both sides of the screen & enlarging post column

    I have the Mystique theme on my site (http://yankeesfansunite.com), and there is a ton of negative space on the left side of the post column, and on the right of the sidebar area. Can someone please help me with the CSS coding to reduce the margins, and increase the post column width?

    The blog I need help with is yankeesfansunite.com.

    Necesito ayuda para saber cómo reducir el espaciado entre las palabras ya que cuando lo justifico queda con mucho espacio.
