I am a newbie and have been trying to install a plugin using the instructions on the site but the admin categories listed in the directions are not available on my admin site. Manage tools do not include the subcategories "files" and "backup." Instead I have "Invites" and "Akismet Spam." I imagine this means I set something up wrong but I can't seem to find the mistake. Any help would be appreciated.
