I am trying to import a template from Artisteer. l've gone through the following steps:
1) exported the WP theme from Artisteer as a zip file.
2) logged in my Wp admin panel and selected Appearance -> Themes
3) looked for "Install Themes" tab or "Add New Themes" tab and could not find either.
Please help!

The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like the one linked to your username are these > Appearance > Themes

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

To use a third party theme you will have to hire a web host and set up a self hosted WordPress.org install.
