I have a new answer for you guys:
I would like to know how I can use my own domain to post my wordpress blog, I know this is possible and I am really interested in have full manage of the blog.

you can go to wordpress.org to download the wordpress software, but if your webhosting using CPanel and Fantastico you can use it to install the wordpress software easily if you don't like to upload all of your wordpress files, editing config, etc

Direct Admin, Ensim, and Plesk have autoinstallers as well usually. Either that or check with your host since some hosts will install it for you and keep it up to date as well. That way they can make sure the software stays current and secure. Heck, there are still version 5 installs of phpNuke out there that are wide open. *grumble*
