Could someone provide me with a wordpress link with suggestions on inserting/resizing vertical photos in a post? Mine seem HUGE, but if I try to resize them using the arrows, they look distorted. Thanks!

The blog I need help with is thesedaysofmine.com.
Open the post in the editor, click on the image to highlight it, click on the edit image icon at top left of the image and you can size it by percentages. Then click update and then update the post after you get all the images resized to your liking.
