  2. @jessica, see my last reply in this thread where I answered this question for you.

  3. i love you.
    sorry i missed that!
    you rock my world.
    rock it.
    rock it.

  4. You're welcome as always.

  5. TSP, great hack. Except I am getting same problem I also get from the Copyright hack, as I wrote here:

    http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/adding-copyright-to-blog

    Which is that it messes up my customized width. I changed Cutline's content width from 500 px to 700 px. When I implement either the Date or the Copyright hack, it reverts the width back to default.

    Cutline default is
    /*
    #container { width: 770px; margin: 15px auto 0 auto; }

    #content_box { width: 770px; text-align: left; float: left; clear: both; }

    #content { width: 500px; padding: 0 40px 0 0; float: left; overflow: hidden; }

    * html #content { overflow: hidden; }

    #sidebar { width: 230px; float: left; overflow: hidden; }

    * html #sidebar { overflow: hidden; }
    */

    I've changed it to:
    /*
    #container { width: 970px; margin: 15px auto 0 auto; }

    #content_box { width: 970px; text-align: left; float: left; clear: both; }

    #content { width: 700px; padding: 0 40px 0 0; float: left; overflow: hidden; }

    * html #content { overflow: hidden; }

    #sidebar { width: 230px; float: left; overflow: hidden; }

    * html #sidebar { overflow: hidden; }

    #footer { width: 970px; padding: 12px 0; border-top: 2px solid #ccc; font: bold 1.2em/1.4em Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; text-transform: uppercase; float: left; clear: both; }
    */

  6. "Hack's are theme specific since in most cases the CSS for each theme is different. The date hack above was for Emire, not for cutline. Cutline may be, and probably is different.

    I would need a link to the blog to see if I can figure out what is happening.

  7. For those that may come to this hoping to hide the date on the sticky post in Cutline, it can't be done. The date and comment link for ALL posts - sticky or not - are controlled by .post h4 . Doing a display: none; on it hides the comment link and the date for ALL posts.

  8. Actually, it is .posts h4. Missed the "s".
