How do I hide the tags under each of my posts? I still want them, just not to be visible.

Either switch to iNove which allows you to hide the tags and categories
In some themes they can be hidden with CSS and the custom design upgrade, but some themes have all the post metadata (comment link, tags, categories) under a single selector which means all the post metadata goes away.

Oops, I clicked on their username instead of the link they provided. Raincoaster is right, you need to be over at the wordpress.ORG forums.

One other note, by using so many tags on each post, you could be branded as a tag spammer by the search engines and get your search engine ranking reduced. In general you want to keep things to about 10 relevant tags.
