   Hi, I would like to have a horizontal menu for my blog. I looked through some threads but still have no idea how to do it.

   I saw somewhere I can just add the following code:

   <div style="width:960px;overflow:visible;position:relative;right:750px;top:3px;z-index:11;margin-bottom:-60px;">
   <img style="min-width:960px;" src="IMAGE URL HERE" alt="" />
   <div style="width:960px;text-align:center;margin-top:14px;">
   TAB NAME HERE
   </div>
   </div>

   However, I have no idea where to add it to. Can you please help?

   I think you can just put it in at the end of all the CSS code and it will override what comes before it. Try it and then just preview the blog before you save the new code.

   I'm not sure where to go to edit the existing code? I found the existing code but I can't edit and save it.

   The example you posted is HTML not CSS. Try the following solution. When you copy the CSS from the example, paste it into your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS page and click the Preview button:
