Hosted wordpress site, facebook integrated?

    Hey all, we have a site at http://www.pissedramblings.com which uses wordpress as its base with a little customisation to the users access amongst other things.

    What we want to be able to do is to allow our users to have their posts / all posts show up in a minifeed on facebook.

    I've seen a lot of posts on how to do this as a memberof wordpress.com, but none of our members will be a member of wordpress.com, they are members of our humble little site.

    Does anyone know if theres a tute / prebuilt solution on making our own 'pissed ramblings feed'?

    Any help is much appreciated.

    That has nothing to do with WordPress that's a Facebook function. Hint: Notes application.
