Things with Hotmail, Live, and MSN email appear to be back to normal. All pending messages have been delivered and accepted. If you are still waiting for an email and are a Hotmail user, it is possible the messages are delayed internally in the Hotmail system, so I would suggest waiting a couple hours to see if they arrive.
