   How do I create the photo where people "hover" over it, and then you create a short description of yourself.

   The blog I need help with is becauseofchristinspirationalpoetry.wordpress.com.

   The text you see when hovering is called a 'Tooltip'. See this:

   scroll down to the description of Title and read the note about it.
