Because of current restrictions adding certain scripts into a WP.com blog your options are very limited.
About the best you can do is make a section in your sidebar via the links function that would list the RSS urls of the blogs feeds.
Be advised, this also has one limitation. Some of the offered themes are coded so they don't breakdown the links by category. The result would be one long list with your "feed list" mixed in with the rest of your links.
