How can I automatically change the size of already inserted thumbnails in pages?

  1. How can I automatically change the size of already inserted thumbnails in pages?

I inserted a ton a images as thumbnails in my pages.
Aferwards I decided that the thumbnail size was too small. So I used the Plugin "Regenerate Thumbnails" to regenerate the sizes.
BUT the new sizes are not visible inside the pages. The inserted thumbs are still at the old size. I'd have to manually go through all of the thumbs and change the thumbnail-link and dimensions value in the advanced settings window of each thumbnail.

How can I automate this process and assign the new sized thumbnails to the already inserted thumbs.

    Many thanks in advance.

The blog I need help with is jyria.wordpress.com.
