I have startet my wordpress blog on http://www.just-sayin.dk and i want to purchase a theme but when i log in it says i have an account on madslaund.wordpress.com and i do not want to pay 68$ for a theme on that page but on my just-sayin.com... how can i make sure to purchase on the right site? (i am interested in this theme http://headlinesdemo.wordpress.com/)

The first site you linked to is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. Click this link in the footer "Proudly powered by WordPress" on the theme on it.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and run on different software. You cannot purchase a WordPress.com theme for a WordPress.org install. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
