   I know that I can import/export files between WordPress. However I wish to import several posts held in an Excel file.

   How can this be done?

   What are the mandatory fields required for the XML file (into WordPress)?

   Note this question is in regard to WordPress.com (and not org) and therefore plugins and alike are not an option.

   The blog I need help with is sparknlaunch.wordpress.com.
