   Hello,

   I am new to WordPress.com. I have set up just about everything the way I want it to be.

   First let me say I can understand people being confused when setting this up. I build websites and am an IT person at my job. Even so I found this system a little confusing. Anyway enough of that.

   Before I posted I searched the forum and support for an answer. Maybe I did not use the right key words but here is what I am looking to find out.

   When someone comes to my blog they are automatically directed to my main page. At this time I had planned to leave the main page blank. (for now I duplicated my about page). I would like a way to send people directly to my about page when they come to my blog.

   Is there any way to do this?

   Thanks for helping if you can.

   Hello,

   Just want to add that I finally found the answer to this question.

   I would never have guessed it to be in the reading section of the settings.

   Even though I don't need help with this issue anymore maybe this question will help someone else in the future.
