how can i change the Topics part on Networked Blogs?

    greetings! i would like to change the order and main Networked Blogs: then Topics: part on my page but do not know how. i've looked around and can't figure it out. it has: Motivation, Health and Jesus now. i would like Jesus to be first, then Motivation, Health, Fitness, and Food. is that possible. thanks a bunch!
