I am writing to communicate the frustration I have experienced since upgrading my two accounts :
(UPGRADE – custom design + use own domain)
(UPGRADE – use own domain)
Not only was I was mislead in regards to the flexibility of personalising my sites, but I have overall found the design and format of the WordPress site/dashboard incredibly confusing and un-user friendly. I therefore request to close both accounts and receive a full refund.
