It's always tricky to remove something completely from the internet. I'm so sorry but I don't know the answer. Try seeking help from timethief.

Well, there's not much point closing the barn door after the horse has bolted. But...
You can contact the person who originally posted the image and ask them to take it down. You must then contact the owners of each of the places where the image has been posted as well, asking them to take it down.
And, you probably won't get much cooperation unless it's not YOU but your actual friend, the subject of the photo, who asks. Otherwise you could just be some psycho running around taking people's pictures down for no reason.
