How can I found out who is the owner of a blog?

  1. Hello,

about a month ago I bought a domain casultwist.com using the WordPress interface, a blog named casualtwist.wordpress.com was automatically generated but I didn't start blogging right away. I bought hosting from a local provider and I want to move this domain to the local hosting. The main problem is that I can't access my blog. It return this error message:

User veronicasticlaru Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

You are logged in as "veronicasticlaru" and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for "casualtwist". If you are not "veronicasticlaru", please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are "veronicasticlaru" and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

If you reached this screen by accident and meant to visit one your own sites, here are some shortcuts to help you find your way.

    Your Sites

    Veronica Sticlaru
    Visit Dashboard | View Sit

although I am logged in with the username which I used to buy the domain, It doesn't appear in my blogs list. What can I do?

    Veronica

  4. That blog is registered under a different username (veroniquesticlaru). If you don't have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here.

Please follow the instructions carefully. You'll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don't receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)

  5. Thanks a lot, I tottaly forgot about this username. Now I have full acces to my account

  6. Awesome. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
