How can I gain access to my admin page again?

  1. I get a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to access my admin page. This is not good... I cannot access it at all. I'm VERY new to all of this and have no idea what I'm doing. I get this message anytime I try and access my admin page:

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email redacted] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at http://www.buildersmd.net Port 80

The blog I need help with is www.buildersmd.net.
