I've been using the counterize II plugin for years and desided to convert to jetpack.me to be able to check the stats while on the move (iphone/ipad). I'd love to import a set of stats into Jetpack.me. Please describe a way to do this or give me details of what I need to provide to make it possible.

We don't currently support importing stats into the stats package in Jetpack. We only collect stats from when you activate the plugin.
