   Hello, I am trying to log in to my WordPress account and this is what I see:

   I have reset my password (via your support page, the only way I could get a log in page) and it still does not help.

   That's not a site being hosted by WordPress.com. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here. Support for your website is provided on the WordPress.ORG support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.
