   Hey,

   We've already bought a domain at NIC Chile (www.institutochilenoisraeli.cl) and every time I type it and click on enter, it redirects me to culturaisraeliparachile.wordpress.com. No problem so far, BUT the name 'culturaisraeliparachile.wordpress.com' shows up in the bar. Is there a way I can make that culturaisraeliparachile.wordpress.com name dissapear and keep only the actual name institutochilenoisraeli.cl? It makes it look less serious the other way. Thanks in advance, I'm waiting for your answer.

   Oh, and this message:

   appears in a dashboard but if I switch it to institutochilenoisraeli.cl then my website doesn't work. It says there's a bucle or something.

   You do need to make the domain primary to display that instead of the .wordpress.com URL, and institutochilenoisraeli.cl does appear to be working properly now.

   When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, you may also receive a warning message in your browser about "redirect errors". Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your internet service provider updates their records. Please rest assured that everything is proceeding normally with your domain.
