Hi there,
Staff can transfer your email subscribers only. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred. What's required of you is to:
install and activate the JetPack plugin;
post both URLs into this thread. -

I recently moved to self-hosted WordPress also. Could I please have my email subscribers moved over? I have Jetpack installed and activated already.
