How can I ping a number of directories

    Please can someone help with a guide to getting a number of pinging directories set up on my blog for automatic updates.

    Actually wordpress does it for you automatically, as soon as you publish. They use Pingomatic. You don't need to do a thing! Nothing to set up, nothing at all. :)
