How can I re-enable posting?

  1. Over the last couple weeks, I have been setting up a wordpress.com blog site for our church to utilize for a community reachout event this week. When I started publishing posts yesterday, I got an error message on my screen and am no longer able to publish new posts or update current posts and pages.
    I have tried to contact support by responding to the error message across the top of the screen and through the "account suspended in error" form, but have had no explanation or response!!!! We are only using this site for one week, and now I can't use it exactly when it is needed!!!
    This is EXTREMELY frustrating...can anyone help me, please??!?!!!?
    The site is ysafundraiser.wordpress.com. I had to create this username to seek support because I am locked out of forum posting on my original account :(

  4. That site does not appear to be suspended. If you have a warning notice then note what follows.

    Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing Terms of Service issues on these public forums where threads are indexed by Google and are available to everyone on the internet.

    Thank your for the generosity of your canned response, but
    1. I don't know whether or not this is a Terms of Service issue, as they have yet to give any explanation.
    2. I have already used both methods of contact you mentioned to try and rectify the situation but have had no response.
    3. While I have already tried to contact Staff, I have had no notification that they have "certainly received [my] request" and therefore am trying to seek further assistance through other means of support.

    Is there anyone else that can help me figure out how to re-enable posting on my blog?

    Yes. They are called the Terms of Service Staff and you reach them by completing the form I provided a link to above.
