I´ve made a music categorie in the sidebar called index, but the bands in the index also appear as links in the blue line on top of the blog. How can i remove them from the blue line, and let them only appear in the sidebar ?
How can i remove the whole blue line from the blog ?

Hi,
You can customize the navigation menu to your liking by using the Custom Menus feature. You can access this feature at Appearance > Menus in your dashboard.

If you want to remove the blue menu bar altogether, simply create a menu that doesn't contain any links, and assign it to the navigation area under Theme Locations on the Appearance > Menus page.
