hello,
i would like to remove the footer text "Blog at WordPress.........."
The only solution i found is by accessing the editor in appearance menu, but i cant find it. (maybe beacuse i have blog from worpress i dont use another web host and install there wordpress).

(for example. main.html etc)

We cannot access the root files of themes on wp.COM. If you require that, then you must pay for hosting and use software from wp.ORG.
As for removing the footer, please read the Terms of Service more carefully:

In particular this:
11. Attribution. Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar. Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be removed regardless of upgrades purchased.
(ie your site will be suspended)
