   My domain expired 9 days ago and I want to renew it. The "renew" bottom does not appear in "My upgrades".

   The blog I need help with is aramiskincino.com.

   Did you go to Store>Domains?

   Also WordPress must have been e-mailing you from some time ago. Try them also.

   Do you see both Domain name & Domain Mapping at "My Upgrades"?

   If not then you need to log in as the owner of the upgrades to renew them.

   If you see the upgrades listed then you need staff help to renew the domain name - there is a few days grace for renewal then you need staff help to renew - I will flag this for the staff to help you

   This domain was purchased by the other authorized administrator on your blog, aramiskincinoblog. You will need to log in as this user to renew your upgrade.
